1. Scope

These terms govern all services, digital content, and goods offered by Cyber Practices Institute.

2. Services

Cyber Practices Institute delivers instructor-led IT security training sessions, workshops, and consulting engagements designed to enhance cybersecurity skills.

3. Digital Content

We offer electronic materials, including e-books, video courses, and downloadable resources accessible online after purchase.

4. Physical Goods

We provide printed manuals, hardware lab kits, and branded merchandise shipped to your address.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Instructor-Led Services

Full reimbursement requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the session start date. Requests submitted between 7 and 14 days before receive 50% of the paid fee. Requests submitted less than 7 days prior are non-refundable due to advance allocation of specialized resources. Sessions may be rescheduled to a different date or reassigned to another participant if notification is provided at least 3 days before the original date.

5.2. Digital Infoproducts

For downloadable materials, reimbursement requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided substantial access has not occurred. Approved requests are processed within 10 days.

5.3. Physical Products

For goods that remain unused and undamaged, items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Customers cover shipment costs. Once items arrive and condition is confirmed, the reimbursed amount is processed within 14 days. To initiate a request, use our Contact Form.

6. Shipping

Physical goods are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
